S3 Storage Policy

S3 storage is sold directly to customers and can also be used with our Veeam offsite backups or our workstation/server offsite backups. Please contact us if you are unsure if this policy applies to your storage or not. This is our policy for managing Radish Networks hosted S3 storage.

Radish Networks will not be held liable for loss of data, data theft, or any ancillary costs associated with data loss or theft. Ensuring you or your organization can operate without access to this data is your responsibility. Ensuring your data is encrypted is your responsibility. Ensuring your account is protected with a strong, unique password is your responsibilty. Reporting suspicious activity is your responsibility.

Radish Networks' hosted S3 storage policy:

  • Physical security: Minimum three layers of access control separating public from server hardware. For example: perimeter fence, building access control, cabinet lock
  • Physical security: Video surveillance surrounding server cabinet
  • Data security: Support for client encryption. We strongly recommend that customers encrypt their data to be stored on Radish Networks S3 storage using a key that they do not share with anyone including Radish Networks
  • Data security: Our Online Backup software used for servers and workstations supports strong encryption such as AES-256
  • Network security: Network controls consistent with the principal of least privilege
  • Network security: TLS encryption in transit
  • Systems security: Timely application of security updates

VPS Policy

Virtual Private Servers (VPS) are sold directly to customers and may be used by Radish Networks to meet client IT objectives. Please contact us if you are unsure if this policy applies to your organization or not. This is our policy for managing Radish Networks hosted VPS.

Radish Networks will not be held liable for loss of data, data theft, or any ancillary costs associated with data loss or theft. Ensuring you or your organization can operate without access to this data is your responsibility. Ensuring your data is encrypted is your responsibility. Ensuring your account is protected with a strong, unique password is your responsibilty. Reporting suspicious activity is your responsibility. Unmanaged VPS are not patched nor otherwise secured by Radish Networks: Security of the unmanaged VPS is your responsibility.

  • Network security: Network controls consistent with the principal of least privilege
  • Network security: TLS encryption in transit
  • Systems security: Timely application of security updates
